Hey sorry it's been a while since my last blog but I've been crazy busy juggling commissions for my textiles and my new venture 'Vintage Cubbyhole'!
In mid April I also held my first Wendy Shaw Textiles evening at my friends home where invited guests were able to view and touch my textile collections whilst having a glass of wine with friends. I was unsure of how this might go, as this was the first, but it went really well and led to several commissions! I was delighted as my main objective was to use the evening to promote my work so making sales was the icing on the cake! Ready to plan the next one very soon...
'Vintage Cubbyhole' is my new vintage shop on Etsy where you can find unusual vintage clothes selected carefully by me for their charm and beauty. I adore all things vintage and seemed the next natural step following 'Vintage Home' here on my website.
